About
I am a Software Engineer studying at Addis Ababa University, specializing in full-stack web development, scalable backend APIs, and applied AI workflows. I enjoy taking ideas from concept to production, building clean, reliable systems that solve real problems.
I am the co-founder and lead developer of Endebeto, Ethiopia's first local-experience booking platform supported by the Ministry of Tourism, where I built the core booking engine, authentication, and payment integrations. Currently, I also contribute to a nationwide government project alongside senior developers at INSA, focusing on robust backend services.
Outside of work, I regularly practice competitive programming with 350+ LeetCode problems solved and train with A2SV (Africa to Silicon Valley).

I've worked on a variety of projects, from simple websites to complex web applications. Here are a few of my favorites.
Ethiopia's premier local-experience booking platform connecting travelers with authentic local hosts. Engineered the full-stack architecture, onboarding 40+ hosts and serving 1,200+ users with 300+ bookings, supported by the Ministry of Tourism.
Intelligent route optimization and weather risk mitigation platform for long-haul freight and logistics. Calculates safest travel corridors, checkpoint intervals, and real-time risk analyses across continental transport routes.
Excellence in Problem Solving
From competitive programming milestones to national mathematical competitions, I continuously challenge myself with algorithmic problem solving and high engineering benchmarks.
3rd Place - National Mathematics Competition
MySoroban Ethiopia
Awarded 3rd place nationally in mathematical analysis and problem-solving speed, applying mathematical foundations directly to complex computational algorithms.
350+ Algorithmic Problems Solved
LeetCode & Codeforces
Solved 350+ competitive programming and algorithmic challenges spanning dynamic programming, graphs, trees, and advanced data structures with optimal time/space complexity.
National Science & Engineering Fair Prototype
Foka STEM Center
Built and certified an Arduino/RFID ticketing and queue-management prototype with a companion desktop application for a national science and engineering fair.
